1. Who we are

The app may provide AI-based suggestions to help users find relevant doctors. These suggestions are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

  • Account & identity: name, email, mobile number, date of birth (if provided), gender (if provided), profile photo (if uploaded).
  • Booking & clinical context: appointment details (doctor, chamber/clinic, date, time), patient notes you choose to share, prescription-related data where generated or uploaded as part of care workflows.
  • Payment information: transaction references, payment status, amounts, invoice codes. Card/UPI/bank details are processed by licensed payment partners; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Device & technical data: IP address, browser or app version, device identifiers, crash logs, and similar diagnostics to improve security and reliability.
  • Communications: messages you send to support, SMS/email delivery logs, and call records where applicable.
  • Reviews & feedback: ratings, remarks, and satisfaction responses you submit about doctors (subject to moderation).

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Create and manage accounts; authenticate users.
  • Facilitate doctor discovery, appointment booking, rescheduling, cancellations, and related notifications.
  • Process payments and reconcile transactions with partners.

Account deletion (mobile apps)

If you use our patient mobile app or doctor mobile app, you can request to close that app’s access from inside the app while signed in (your current password is required). This is scoped per app: closing the patient app profile does not automatically close the doctor app profile on the same account, and the reverse is also true, so other roles or apps you may use with the same login are not disabled by default.

Users can request account deletion directly from within the app or by contacting us.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
